Has any Indian contacted Paypal?

Hi All, We all know about the recent new rules from Paypal regarding the money transfer for Indians to be made within 7 days. Some are saying the minimum amount to transfer is $10. What if the amount is below $10? Has anyone tried to contact Paypal regarding this question? If the amount is less than $10, we will not be able to withdraw it, so what will happen to that amount? Has anyone received another mail from Paypal after the one that notified about the new guidelines set by RBI? I think we all should ask Paypal about this? We need an update.

Hi :) Well even i am confused on this question.. I hadn't contacted to paypal for this. I guess we get all the answers automatically after 1st march.. For me I am going to withdraw money before that.. After that i will wait for further news.

Well, I request you to contact them about this question since that will make them think more for us. They need to know that many of their customers are facing this dilemma and they might come out with a response before March 1st.

Be cool don'tbe hot everything goes smoothly. paypal is dicucssing with rbi for modifythe changes. If not you can get an exchangers who exchange your amount from paypal to your debitcard that means visa or mastercard they charge some percentage all most equal to paypal service charges. your friend rambabu12
