Impeachment for Ombudman Guttierez!

Yes! she must resign now. She is gloria d second, craving for power. hay... it is obvious, really, they are all corrupt but no found guilty.

If I were her, I would simply resign, even if everybody is presumed innocent unless proven guilty, I would still do it for the sake of "delicadeza", to clear the air or any doubt that she is only there to protect the interests of her former you know whats...hehehe. In politics, everybody especially those in controversial appointed positions should know when time is up, that is when there is already a change of administration to avoid flak. Honestly I think it's resign or face the consequences for her.

I believe so that her appointment was indeed some kind of protection for GMA's protection since she is said to last until PNoy's term so the admin cannot really make a move to file cases against the former president. I think that is a convenient way to protect PGMA from being investigated.

She really is kapalmuks in every sense of the word. She should have just stepped down a long time ago, but she still insists to be there and people know she's just doing it to protect her benefactors from the previous administration against the inevitable corruption charges.

At last, Ombusman Guttierez will now be impeached! She deserves that ! Yes, i strongly agree with you that her impeachment will pave way for more credible investigation about Gloria Arroyo's corruption while in power. I wish Arroyo will be next too.
