I've been on sedentary lifestyle for almost 2 yrs because of a injury, now that i've been treated, i wanted to loose weight. Those 2 yrs of doing nothing gave me flabs and i feel really heavy nowadays.. I've started myself on running, but i get really tired fast and my feet hurts like hell afterwards.. I bought new running shoes but I still feel the same. Any tips for me to increase my endurance? and for my aching feet too? Please help.. Thanks!

I don't know if you have a Curves near you, but I really like it. It's circuit training for people who don't go to the gym hard core. It has worked for me. It got my butt off the couch and being more active, that's all I know. www.curves.com

The secret to losing weight is food. When you eat the right combination of foods; carb, proteins, fats, you can have your weight loss in auto-pilot. Carb turn to energy easily and is burnt faster than any other micronutrient so if you focus on them, not only will you not lose weight, you will also tend to be less energetic most often and get hungry a lot faster. There are good carb, however, than can help you burn fat. Fat, on the other hand provide a longer supply of energy and also has a lot of benefits, that is, if you know the good fats. I have a thorough discussion of a diet solution that allows you to eat and lose weight at the same time. this means that the mechanism that you will need for weight loss is by eating food.
