When I was a high school I find in a book of astronomy a n simple method to build a field glass. And so begin a new hobby in my life. For the first field glass until a tenth astronomic instrument I learn more about principles who stay at base to good construction telescope with refraction or reflector.Today I have a good telescope (of course I buy)and I could see Moon, planet Jupiter,Mars,Venus...On Moon I can see most accurate chain of mountains, depressions and small and bigger craters(meteoric or volcanic). At Jupiter planet I can see atmosphere and six satellite. So I can see great fields stars and Ralitele constellation.Because the place from who make astronomic observation in located in my little town, many heavenly objectives remain in shadow, invisible, because it is too more light.I must to change the place in to location with any light. You what discover on the starry sky? What are you impression?

It is happy to listen your childwood sweet and so so valuable memories.
Friend thank you for sharing such an very interesting matter of yours.
And
in tenth class i was went to an plantorium, it was a great experience to me.
Upto that time i lived in my village only, i just see the stars by sleeping on my grandpa's bed only. But that time(when i was in plantorium) is is really surprising. There i clearly learned about the history of the stars... and about GALAXY also.

Interesting but today in last years I look on sky with telescope or field glass? Have you this possibility to make observations?

Just if you live in small village this is an advantage because polutte with light is small. My advice is that if you want to make an astronomic observations you can.How/ Simple are two way:
1-if you no money to buy an telescope or field glass you can build an field glass.
2-you can buy an astronomic instrument
Afrter this you can choose an good place to made own observations and go to work!

Awesome for you! Next month there will be a comet visible...in fact it will be a naked eye object but it will still be an even better target for your telescope. You should look in to this and plan on doing some observing of it.
Is your telescope computer guided? If not, you should look in to getting a computer guided mount for it. This makes finding specific objects much easier. Also, have you ever considered adding photography to your hobby? there are a lot of astronomers who attach cameras to their telescopes and take some amazing photographs that way.

We have a place here called the Willis tower, which is the tallest building here. One of the best part of it is going on to the roof top and watch the stars with the telescopes. It is quite interesting and fun to do.
I have done so about 10 times in my life time, and when any family or friends come in to visit I like to take them there.
I find that each time I have gone to view the stars with the telescope I see them in many different perceptions and way. I am always amazed and excited to visit.
