I think that is not a good idea at all. If your posts are worth then many users will rate then positively for you regardless of whether you ask them to do so. How could you ever be certain that someone was rating you if you do a 'reputation exchange'? Just think about posting quality informative content and youwill have nothing to worry about Welcome to myLot!
