I dont know how many mylotters are from Brazil but I was wondering if there is any good movie you guys can suggest me to watch. I loved Cuidade de Deus, Tropa de Elite, and Linha de Passe. I dont know if those are the movies you would call the top one from that country but I would like to see some other that are as good as those were. Obrigada :)

I am kind off confused to differentiate between Brazilian and Argentine movies. But I do agree that most the dramas/movies from these two countries are quite interesting to watch. Most of the actors and actress are so handsome and pretty. Why do you really like Brazilian movies?

I would say the biggest difference between movies from Argentina and Brazil is the language. :) Why I like them? I watched 3 movies and I loved all 3, thats good enough reason to try to find some other movie from the same country. They looked real, they were like discussing problems that looked real and gave a very clear message. I think Hijo de la Novia es de Argentina. Have you seen that movie? It was sad, but good movie.

hahaha por n? hahah i don't watch that. About how pretty actors and actresses are, I haven't noticed a big difference between Argentina and Brasil movies. I usually notice when actor is good looking so I find some more movies in which he acts also, but I don't stop watching the movie if the actor is ugly or not so good looking. It's not all about how beautiful and handsome actors are, it's about how good the movie is.

I don't know anything about brazilian movies because i have never seen or heard about any from them. Most of the movies i watched are either from asia or the states. Other than that, i'm not interested in movies from other countries. Though french movies are good, but it does not cater to my interest. When it comes to brazilian movies, it should be worse.

I always try to read about what the movie is about, not where is made or where the actors come from. I am bored of watching movies from the USA, very big number of them reminds me no some other movie I watched, don't see anything new in them, new topic, new solution for different situations, all is pretty much the same...That's why I watch the movies from all over the world.

Unfortunately,I don't very much about Brazilian cinema, but I watched a movie, which is 'Ciudad de Deus' and it's really an outstanding movie about life in the slums of Rio,I was truly impressed by it,so I'm sure there are other Brazilian movies worth watching.I hope someone will tell us more about them.
