Anyone else going to a wedding this weekend? My husband and I were invited to the wedding of the son of some really good friends of ours, on Saturday February 19th. Can't wait! I love attending weddings, because of the different traditions brought together. Each wedding is a personal expression of the couple. In this case, he's Canadian, she's from Eastern Europe. Anyone else attending a wedding this weekend? What are you looking forward to most? My husband and I are looking forward to this one, because it's the first wedding we'll have attended together, since our own wedding. :)

Hello danish canadian. How was the wedding ? I imagine it is over by now. Both me and my girlfriend are invited to a wedding but it is all the way in august so we still have time to prepare for it. It is the wedding of my ex desk mate from general school, that has now moved in another country with his girlfriend (England to be specific) and is coming back here to do his wedding.

Well, just attended my cousin's wedding reception last December. He already had it in Australia as he migrated there but came back here to Malaysia so that can share the joy with his familyWe had to go out of town & we bunked in my mum's place & was supposed to attend another friend's wedding just a month after. But junior's sleeping & eating patterns were disrupted as he was 6 months back then. In fact he caught a cold as his immune system was low. We had to forgo that one. The week after that, I went to my old schoolmates wedding reception but my wife just stayed back home to take care of junior since he was recuperating

Don't have weddings to attend this weekend or the coming days. But i just had attended the wedding of my officemate a month ago. It was a beautiful wedding. The wedding entourage's dresses were so colorful. Motiff was green and red. Of the flower girls were so cute with angel like crowns of flowers on their heads. The wedding venue was in a popular hotel and it was so orderly. Nice to be attending weddings like that.

I do enjoy going to weddings. I do have fun. But unfortunately I don't have any weddings to go to this weekend. It would be nice, but unfortunately this isn't the case. I hope that you have fun at the wedding that you are attending.

Even if I am invited, my wife does not permit me to go with her. She has her reasons for that. I am a very transparent person and my feelings are reflected on my face. When I meet the Bride and the Groom I am confused. The thing that comes to my mind is, do these people know what they are getting into? They seem to be intelligent enough! When I see the groom all attention to the bride, I go "Yeah right, let me see that three months from now. When I meet the guests I get angry, "How the heck can this lady wear so much jewelery when her husband owes me so much money?" When I see the bride being given away, I cry. Boohoo My wife is a anti drama and does not appreciate my open display of emotions. And yes, in all probability, I will (Not may) go to a wedding anytime soon. (Want to bet on that?)

I love weddings, too! And, as long as it's not mine, or my brothers', I'd find it enjoyable being the guest. I'm looking forward to two weddings this year, a friend on the 5th of March, and a bestfriend on the 7th of May!

I am not really attending any weddings this weekend, but I love attending intimate weddings of close friends and relatives. I look forward to the bride's gown and the set up of the wedding. And the most touching reactions of the bride and groom's parents, they cry most of the time. :)
