XXL Bank a scam or legit?

This is a new cool PTC site, it look very cool i like the gratic but i ain't sure if it is a scam or legit, did you hear about this site? What do you think is it a legit one?

Join the site if that site looks cool to u. If looks can determine anything, by all means go ahead. There's no point in asking around if this or that site is legitimate because u will never get the truth. There will always be people tellign u it's legit while some will say it's scam. At the end of the day, u are still the one to make your own decisio.
