A couple months ago I joined a club where i had to run like crazy. I tried but i really couldn't, i felt like i was dying (a bit exaggeration here). Anyway it was so difficult and i quit eventually. I hated running. But these days I usually wake up late so I have to race to the bus stop in order to not miss the bus. Which is how I started liking running. I love running now and these days go for runnings everyday. Do you like running?? How often do you run??

When it is pouring rain outside, THAT is when you go for a run. you see, I was part of a superfit club in my school and we went for long runs every morning. When in superfit i realized i wasn't running because i liked it i was just running to be fit. When i went for a run in the pouring rain i realized how fun and adrenaline-packed running is. Now every time there is a storm i run like crazy.

Wow really?? I don't run in the rain.. I'm scared i might slip. But I do have friends who run in the rain and enjoy playing in the rain. I'm scared especially of the thunder and storm. Have a good day =)

Sad that nowadays ii couldn't go running anymore, but i used to do brisk walks especially when rushing to train station going to office. You see here in our place, there are a lot of commuters and you need to walk fast and bump with each other in order to get inside the first train will come your way. We have no choice but to do it everyday to get early in the office, because there is no other fastest means of transportation than the train here, no traffic at all.

Yep trains are great but are so crowded therefore I prefer buses. I hope you can make time and run sometimes coz it seems you miss running. Have a good day.

I use to run in track and field in high school for four years. I loved it. I do not run or jog now but I do use a stationary bike at home five days a week. I am currently using it for cardio as I find it gives me a good start in my day. Enjoy your running it is quite healthy to do so, try not to over do it, as it can be hard on your knees.

It's nice to hear that you are determined to reach the finish line. I try to do the same but it's really difficult. When I was in the club, I tried my best to run but my body wouldn't allow me to. I felt like i couldn't breath and my legs felt very weak.
