do I have to wait until i make a certin ammount? CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!?

I really need help I have a paypal account and im trying to figuar out how I can add money to my paypal so I can shop online. I went threw and read all the information for what to do. It says add your information for your paypal on your mylot click edit by your user name at the top of he page. I have no edit button do i have to wait until i make a certin amount of money befor i can enter my information. Can someone please help me i would really apprechate it.

When you go to paypal you will set up an account with them. They will require that you verify your account...which is linked to your bank account.
I do not know if it's still this way, but when I set up my paypal account the verification process consisted of 2 separate deposits from paypal into my bank account for small change amounts. I had to get my bank statement for deposits and see what those 2 amounts were and put those numbers into the area requested on paypal. After you verify your account info and follow all steps to set up your paypal account you're good to go.
Whenever you purchase things online and use your paypal account, paypal will draft your bank account for that purchase.

OH, as for setting up your account here, the payout is based on whatever you chose as your minimum payout. Once you reach that amount (which I have not been here long enough to actually get a payout yet) then your funds should go into your paypal account.
You will get an email anytime anything is deposited to your paypal account. Then you just log into paypal and request that your funds be deposited into your bank account.

okay what if i dont have a bank account am I s.o.l then. Because i thought that if you make a paypal you could just buy things and type something in i dont have a bank account so now what do i do?

If you don't have bank account, how will you fund your purchase? I am assuming you don't have credit card either.
Without a bank account or credit card, you cannot do much with your paypal account.
If you are selling things online or earn money online, then you can receive payments for things sold on your paypal account and you can withdraw your online earning to your paypal account; which you can then use to purchase things online.
