So what is this discussion all about?Is it about sites that pay you to download, so what has your blog to do with downloads and stuffs, can you please give me a some information regarding this so that i can try doing these online stuffs too, it might be useful for me.

Hotfile is a very good pay per download website. I have seen some people making a decent income from this website. However, If you want it for your blog, I don't think if these programs are worth it, it will be extremly hard fpr you to reach payout.

I think linkbucks is good. I know of someone who uses it in all of his PSP game downloads, and since a lot of people download PSP games from him, well you get the idea.
