Is it hard to get referrals for new ptc sites too?

Hello mylotters, yesterday, I joined two new ptc sites vcbux and lotbux. Though, I don't expect them to run for long but, I wanted to get paid at least once before both of them turns to a scam...I wish it will not happen. And, the only possible way to achieve it is to get some direct referrals for these two sites. But, I am finding it extremely hard to find some active direct referrals for any of these two sites. I am running some ad campaigns for these two sites, but still no luck in getting at least a single direct referral. Probably, I need some better luck or perhaps all of your suggestions to get some direct referrals for these two sites.......I hope you can help me in finding referrals for these two sites.........:) I really need your suggestions what should I do to get referrals for vcbux and lotbux. Thanks in advance :)
