Will the Dew factor be really crucial in the d/n odi's

hey...everytime hen there is a d/n odi, people go on commenting that the side winning the toss will bowl first as in the second inning the dew factor will come into play and that it would be difficult to control the bowling, the line & length specially...
what do you guys feel
