In my opinion this is one of the best Romanian films made in the past 20 years. What do you think?

I wonder how funny is the English version of this movie? For our audience is a pretty good Movie with a story like ProTV news with funny stories, but quite ordinary to Romania with some funny lines, to the Romans. I wonder, why international awards were given this movie ...Not a bad movie but certainly not be made good as a story, screenplay and action.
