What to do with a stalker on camp?

Hi, last January 16-22, 2011 I had the opportunity to join the ASEAN Neighborhood Invitational Jamboree. Since we made makeshift shelters/tents there isn't any room for privacy when we sleep. This guy just pisses me off. Everytime I would open my eyes I would see him staring at me and it seems like he was staring at me the whole night. He would follow me, ask me weird questions I don't even want to answer. He keeps on lurking around me. He knows I have a boyfriend. I have ignored him many times and is wishing not to see him again ever. What would you do in this kind of situation? Anybody who has experienced having unwanted guys around?
