I cannot login to my CLubAsteria account.

For the past few months I have been enjoying my membership with CLubAsteria. Only recently when they upgraded their website I have been facing some problem. One of the major problem for me now is that I cannot login to my account. Every time I want to login the website will direct me back to the login/register page. Most of my friends are not facing this kind of problem. I still believe that ClubAsteria is not a scam but just that I am wondering why I cannot access my account. Have anyone experience this kind of problem? How do you solve it?
