There are a number of causes of hair fall. One is stress. And not just stress on your hair, but real stress. Like being overworked, or over fatigued, or if you recently had an ailment or disease. I suffered from scary hair loss a few years back. And that was after I was hospitalized for typhoid fever for a week. Around 2 weeks after I was discharged, my hair started falling. I consulted a dermatologist, and based on my history, she told me that this was caused by the stress my body underwent when I was sick. And true enough, it improved after around a month... This is true, even if you read it in journals. You just have to destress yourself. Another reason is stress on the hair itself. When our hair reaches its tensile length, it tends to fall. Mainly because it cant sustain the demand for nutrients anymore. So you have to maintain it at a certain length. Or get regular trims just to lessen the burden. It really helps. I notice that when my hair tends to grow too long... When I cut it, hair fall lessens. And you have to maintain proper diet. Again, a healthy diet benefits us in a lot of ways. Eating healthy is good for our hair and the scalp. Avoid smoking. Avoid damaging your hair with unnecessary products. There are proven shampoos that could help lessen hair fall. You can try them. But if you've tried everything to no avail, maybe it's time to consult.

If you are already old, then hairfall is already normal for you.. But if you are still young, then that is a problem- many other people have the same problem too..that's why lot's of shampoos are available to fight that problem. Why don't you try one pf those shampoos or just go to a pharmacy..

Hi stylewaves, I face the hair fall problem this few month as well. I notice that the amouunt of hair drop has increased very much more than that before when I do hair shampooing. I'm afraid that I would become bald head after some time if the situation going on the same. How awful it would be to be a rare hair lady. Quite indecent eh....
It's really dreadful
I then read articles and researches about hair fall. It's said that the shampoo, hair spray as well as hair dye, etc contain chemical composition which are quite harmful to our scalp as well as the growth of our hair. It's very serious if having more than a hundred hair falls daily. To have hair combing at least 100 times every morning would help to promote the blood circulation of the scalp and to strenghten the grow of the hair.
People who facing hair fall problem are advised not to take oily, deep fried, hot spicy foods. Tenssion and lack of proper sleep are another great reasons casing hair fall. If we could it's nice to avoid using stuffs which contain chemical composition which will damage the health of our hair. Might be oily stuff like coconut oil would block and affect the health of the hair to grow I suppose. I try to use dilute tamarind or lemon juice to replace shampoo and hoping that this would help to decrease the number of hair drop.

I've noticed that more of my hair is falling out than what used to happen. I think that it might be related to my thyroid so I'm working on getting an appointment with my doctor so that we can have my thyroid levels checked. However, there are other things that can cause the loss of hair, which include stress and also toxins in the environment (as well as genetics) if either of the first two are the reason for your hair loss then all you can do is try to live in a cleaner environment and minimize stress in your life.
