The Mexico (Fernando Montiel) versus Philippines (Nonito Donaire) boxing fight has just ended up. The new WBO and WBC Bantamweight champion is now Nonito Donaire, a Filipino American boxer. Another pride of the Philippines in the boxing field.

Nonito has brought pride to the Filipinos. He will be the next pound for pound champion. He's on his way up. But like any other Filipinos, don't ever forget to keep your feet on the ground . Hope the problem within the family gets resolved soon.

It's really a huge victory for Nonito Donaire because Montiel has a reputation of not easily taken down. I have watched Montiel's previous fights and his strength and stamina is really high. So when I watched the fight this morning I couldn't help myself (well most of us I know) but cheer. That's really good job by Donaire. Another crown for the Philippines. Mabuhay!

A big kudos for Nonito Donaire for making us proud Filipino. He is bringing another pride in our country. Its just 2 rounds and its ended up TKO.
