It was the day of India and Sehwag.but Bangla Tigers played very well . On the time of toss,Sakib al Hasan commented that anyting around 260 will be easy for them to chase,It was absolutly right . Bangladesh is now a good team, dont underestimate them. I think they can enter the second round of the tournament ,even Semi final. There bowling should be improved. And Tamim and Sakib is the trump card for them. They really missing Morthaza and Ashrafull. There is much for left for them in this WC. What do you think.

I totally agree with you. India is very strong team where there are so many experience player and Bangladesh team player are very young and have no experience. But they fight with them and made very good score. No doubt that they have capability to win with any team. Yes they need faster bowler. Mortaza is sick that's why couldn't participate in this world cup and i wish Ashraful will play for next match.

Hi ramaswami, Over the years Bangladesh has come of age specially in the cricket field. Yesterday if Bangladesh had not asked to field first I doubt if Shehwag could score so much of runs. And the run out of Tendulakar was created by Shehwag. When he saw Sachin coming to this end Shewag saved himself. What, why not he ran to the other end? But what is gone is gone and the conclusion we can draw is Bangladesh is not a team to be taken for granted.

Well true. Bangladesh showed a good fighting spirit against such a mammoth score set by India. I guess its the time we should stop counting bangladesh as a third grade team. They have improved a lot now and have recently beaten strong teams like New Zealand with big difference. Its good India didnt took them light, otherwise, we could have lost the match. Hope to see some more good performance from them.

Bangladesh is much improved side. They have shown it yesterday while batting against India but the same can not be said about their ballers particularly the new ball ballers. Their opening spell looked totally lackluster and allowed India to get off to a starter. Only when their spinners came on the run rate got little controlled. You can not go long only on your batting prowess the ballers have to chip in for the team to perform at high level. I therefore would not agree with you that the team can go much ahead in this tournament.

Bangla tigers were mauled by the Indian tigers. :) Once India had put up 370 on the board, the match was as good as over. The Bangladeshi team put up a good fight, but they were always fighting a losing battle and ended up quite far from the Indian total. Cheers! Ram
