Yesterday I think Sachin was in an excellant knick. As usual he was playing well, opening patnership was also going good. He would have scored a century........... But unfortunatly the run out..... I think its the mistake of Sehwag. Because Sachin was running towards the danger end and he reached the danger end,so If Viru was also running it would have been a single. Sehwag was looking towards the fielder after he just started running and suddenly stopped . I am not complaining against him,he scored a excellent 175 to take India their first victory,he played very well after Sachin Departed. Share your views.

Hi , I agree with you. Had it been other player other than Shehwag things would be different. Now when he is very aware of Sachin running towards the danger end, Shehwag should have tried to reach the other and but that did nit happen and one more century to his credit was curtailed.

don't be so funny. Bangladeshi bowler didn't played well but that don't mean that every batsman would been finish with 100. He was just 27 so he have to walk a lot to make his hundred. So plz don't write this type article. He can make a good score in next match. Hoping?

I do not think we can predict in cricket based on such ifs and buts. Sachin was in good nick, but unfortunately fell run out. But Sehwag and Kohli ensured that there were no hiccups for India by scoring blistering hundreds. Cheers! Ram

Why do you say that it is Sehwag's fault? Just a couple of overs earlier Sehwag ran for a similar run, Sachin ran a bit and then sent Sehwag back. Sehwag could have been run out if the direct hit was there. So this time Sehwag was watching ball and din't think there is a run. Sachin should have shouted something to Sehwag. As far as the touch, yes Sachin was in good touch and seems to be carried his good form into the world cup. I hope he will score many runs in this world cup like in 2003. Happy mylotting!

Well yes .. master blaster was looking in a very good form yesterday and he was really playing nicely.. but it was his bad luck that he got out like that. Otherwise,.. given his superb form, I have no doubt he would have hit a ton. Well lets hope, he'll do it in the next match.

There are no ifs and buts in cricket as in life. You have to accept it as it comes. It is not only the fault of Sehwag that Sachin was run out, he is equally responsible for that. Sachin should have waited until the ball crosses the diving mid on fielder. at least he should have treaded cautiously giving himself sufficient time to retreat if the diving fielder collected the ball but he went full throttle even not bothering to see his partner whether he is interested in taking run or not. He was indeed playing well yesterday and could have completed his yet another century.
