Hi. All mylotters have given the right solutions already. Has your hard disk partions? I mean when formatting the hard disk at the time of OS installation did you partition the hard disk? If so, you can transfer a number of user defined files like documents, pictues, etc into another partition to release some space in 'C' drive. OS and programmes get installed in 'C' partition by default unless specified. While we use the computer we are opening OS and other programme/s, RAM comes into picture. If the RAM is of low capacity, a part of hard disk, which is termed 'virtual memory' comes into use. As far as I know, about 15 per cent of the hard disk sectors are assigned for booting and this purpose at the time of partition, automatically. Therefore, we cannot have the disk filled up to brim, and you keep getting the error. There is a technique to increase the Virtual Memory limit, but I suggest we as amateurs should not attempt. So, firstly, you should upgrade your Ram. If you have already RAM of 512mb and above, I feel you may have to get your hard disk formatted with at least two partitions. If your hard disk itself is of low capacity, say 80 gb or so, you have to go for higher capacity hard disk, say 160 gb and above. Another possibility is to fix another formatted hard disk of 160 gb inside the PC and use it as additional storage.

That means there is no enough space remained to install new program on your HDD and that is why your computer is running slow as well.Delete all unnecessary programs, and then later defragment your system drive, that will surely help you out.

It means that there is not enough room left on the hard drive for your programs to work properly. To fix the problem, you'll need to go through all of your files and folders to delete and uninstall all files and programs that are not needed. I know that you have said that you have done that, but you obviously need to be more ruthless about it. Then having done that, defragment the hard drive. That'll free up more disk space and speed up your computer. In the end though, you may need to get another computer with a bigger hard drive. I had this problem of low disk space myself last year and in the end when the deleting and uninstalling did not free up enough space I decided that I needed to get a new computer with a much larger hard drive.

If you have tried everything (Deleting unneccessary files and such) you should buy an extra 250 gigabyte hard drive. Those only cost about $50 I believe.

low disk space.. well it simply means that there is low storage area on your hard drive than the size of file you are trying to store on your pc. but since you are saying that you have deleted a lot of things from your pc and still the problem is there..So may be there is some technical error in your pc. For this I guess you must install a good pc maintainance software on your pc. Try using Tuneup Utilities software. it will solve out all such technical issues in your pc.

I believe that you need to free up some space.Either you delete uneccesary files or you have to upgrade your RAM or buy an external hard drive.

I think that you need to upgrade your RAM. I think that what is says is low virtual memory. If I am right then it is probably your RAM. The RAM is the random access memory which I think is responsible for all the processing information in you computer and so if you do a lot of stuff with your computer, it may have a hard time processing all these information. I suggest to put an additional RAM. I think having 2 gigabyte of ram is fine. I only have 1 gigabyte but it does the job for me. Some would prefer higher especially when they do a lot of gaming. Some would have 4 gigabyte.
