Problem with my paypal account

1) Check your email to see if you have had any notification from PayPal 2) Check that your password is correct and that Caps Lock is not on 3) Use the 'Forgotten Password' link and look for an email from them within minutes. When you get it, CHANGE the password (8 characters or more, including upper and lower case and numerals) and try again. Look for suspicious activity in your account and report it immediately, if there is. 4) If you have had NO notification from PayPal and you are sure that you have typed in the password correctly, immediately contact PayPal to say that you suspect that your account has been compromised and your password changed. Make sure that you give them as much information as possible - times, dates, last balance and so on. They will probably suspend your account (for your own security) until the situation has been resolved. If you deal with them reasonably and give all the information they need, I'm sure that everything WILL work out fine, though.
