Left by Choice

When my lolo left this world, I told myself, it's difficult to be left by someone you love.
They want to stay but they can't because God wills for them to be with Him.
And I have nothing else to do, but to accept that He had to go, because it's his time to be with God.
But when a friend left me, I realized it's more painful to be left by choice.
Likewise, you can't do anything about it, but it hurts more because they left you for the love is no longer there.
The love to heal you is no longer there. You'll always be haunted by the wonderful memories, and you are helpless.
You'll lament because it could have been fixed but nothing worked.

Well, for those who have gone before us, we'll always be assured of the reunion in the future if they're of the same faith as us & have walked their journey well? My grandma is one that I fondly miss but have the assurance of meeting her again one day

My condolence! On the brighter side of it though, he will be in heaven to be as you angel. So you may not see him but he will be with you always.
