Can someone help me with it? I am eligible for both the universities for an Undergraduates porgram in [Civil Engineering] And I am damn confused about, which should i give my first prefrence... I am giving equal importance to my studies as well as enjoyment, (parties & stuff) as my course is of 4 years! [dont wanna die coz of boredom and homesickness!] So guys please help me with it. Help will be appreciated!
