Hi Do you get bugged when your internet moves at snail's pace? I am now used to high speed connectivity and just cannot tolerate slow speed. My connectivity is quite slow for past few days and i feel like literally pulling out my hair.

I know how you feel. We get spoiled with hi speed then when it slows, we get frustrated. I get so mad I want to call and cancel my service. Then I take a deep breath and remember back to dial up.

I used to have slow Internet connection in my campus, and although the problem has been fixed, I did sometimes experienced some lags in the connection, because I am sharing the connection with other students...I suggest you to contact your service provider whether any of their servers are damaged, because sometimes it is not the fault of your computer, but the remote computer providing the connection...Hope that helps

Hi Thanks for your reply. I did contact the service providers, but they are saying there is nothing wrong with their servers. I feel it must be some darn virus that my laptop has contacted.

Hi I don't think 2M is really that slow, won't call it very fast either but it is quite moderate.

I think that you should contact your service provider so that they could do something with your problem. You should also check that there is nothing wrong with your system.

Hi. amirev777. Same here too. I am very used to having Roadrunner. We now have wireless Broadband connection. It has many moments that it will be slow. The service will be connected, it just takes websites to load up quickly. I like this service and then again, I don't like it. I keep on telling my husband that Roadrunner is so much more faster than this service. He thinks that they are both the same in speed, but it is not to me. I am a fast typist so that I like to move quickly when I am posting and surfing the Internet. I hope that you get some a better connection on the Internet very soon.

If you have a high speed connection, look at the data that is stored on your internet's history. A backup of information could be the cause of your slow internet.

I believe what you are trying to say is the cache stored in your internet history...It is not actually slowing down your connection, but rather speeding up the loading process of the web page...No offense, but most of the time it is caused by the hardware problems rather than software problem...
