help me create a healthy diet

i hope i can find a lot of people who eats healthy here in mylot. if i was working out, what food should i eat. if you wish to create a food list from Mon-Fri for me to eat and follow, that would be awesome...cheers! =D

My suggestions for healthy diet: --Daily morning do exercise --Drink more water --Eat in time --Do Yoga for piece --Be patient --Always smile honestly... Have a nice day, god bless you.

For breakfast you could eat a bowl of cornflakes with fruit like strawberries and raspberries added to it. You might like to eat a grapefruit as well. You could drink lots of water during the week. For diners you could have salad, rice or pasta. You could have a soup made from vegetables and have low fat bread with it. For snacks you could eat things like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and soy nuts. You could have some dried fruit to eat as snacks too. Good luck with eating a healthy diet.

Hey, I'm an Asian, and since I was 15 till now I realize that I never get sick lately. My meal is usually are : Breakfast: fried rice/ egg/ noodle/ dim-sum/ or bargguete. Lunch: I eat at school but I usually choose my meal with vegetable and avoid pizza. And I eat an apple or a banana after a meal After lunch(at about 3:50): i eat a small snack (i could be an apple or banana) Dinner (I eat dinner before 6h00 because I found that if the metabolism system thing will work slower after 6h00 pm though when I get hungry I can grab more apple or banana :D) : my dinner usually big, with a main dish is something with meat and vegetable, and side dish is a bowl of soup. I seldom drink coke or any soft drink (except at the party). Remember to drink water frequently, you should drink 8 glasses of water per day for normal, if you work out or do sport then you should drink more. Don't drink water all at one, it's bad. Anyway, water is an amazing chemistry compound that could help clean you inter-body well :D I feel healthy when I follow this, i don't know about others opinion but this is how I stay healthy :]
