Do you love rainy days?

One time when I went to the supermarket, it rained although not as hard.
I am supposed to go home at that time but I do not have an umbrella.
I sat down to one of the tea shops within the supermarket. While there, I observed some people looking sad while staring at the rain.
I do not know if it is the rain that makes them sad or something else.
But I have an idea that sometimes rainy days are associated with feelings.
What about you?

I used to love rain when I was a child because we can play in the rain.
I remember those care free days when we play in the rain with my brothers.
We usually play with paper ships and had them float in the drainage.
Unfortunately, they all go down when the rain pours so hard.
I was so happy when it rains so hard, classes had to be cancelled and I can just play all day at home.
But now that I am older, things are different. Even though there is a storm, I still need to go to work. I sometimes get drenched and traffic is at its worst when rainy days come. I sometimes even get stranded for hours because there aren’t any rides because they are all stuck in traffic. Oh and there is usually flooding too. If there is any consolation, it would be the cool weather on a rainy day.

Hello sweet pea,
We were almost on the same boat- loving rain when we were kids.
Playing with it with our brothers and enjoying every moment of having the paper ship or slippers float in the dirty water along the side walks of the street.
Unfortunately, as we grow rain becomes an ugly scene.
We start to realize the "damage" it may bring.
I stay in a city where it rains every time and it really is a mess.
I wash clothes every day just because I do not want my clothes to have an odor after it is wet from the rain.
But today that I work at home, I do not need to worry about being wet.

Oh yes! I remember the slippers too! I think it is more durable than when we use the paper boats. It usually sink when soaked.
Good for you, you are working home.
I still need to go to work and get drenched.
Yesterday it rained so hard, fortunately I got home early while my husband got stranded.
There was no ride because the jeepneys got stuck in traffic. He went home around 10pm already. I wish we could move to our new home where transportation is more accessible when it rains and most importantly, the area isn't flooded at all.

I like rainy days if I'm staying at home and feeling sleepy. Sleeping during rainy days is the best for me. I do not like rainy days if I'm outside my house because it hinders the movement and outdoor activities.

Yeah, you are right there.
Sleeping really is quite good if it rains.
It seems most people agree that they like to sleep well during rainy days.
I think this shows that rainy days really affects how we feel sometimes.
We wanted to curl in our bed.
However, there are also times where I sleep well during sunny days.
Well, it all depends on the individual.

There are times that I love the rain, and other times not. I love the rain because it has a refreshing and cooling feeling. But I am sometimes sad on rainy days because it bars me from going out. Or perhaps it made me recall memories from the past. I don't know.

Rain can really bring a fresher feelings as it brush away dust in the surroundings.
I also like rain at times.
I like it when I want to sleep because I could sleep longer hours.
But I don't also like it when I am scheduled to go out and hampered because of rain especially when it rains hard where you need to wear boots not to be wet on the feet.

Hi. irene66. Sometimes rain makes a person feel depressed and gloomy. I like it when it rains, especially when I am inside of my home. I can myLot and look at TV a lot. I do also feel lazy like I just want to mope around the house and just lounge around in my lounging pants.

I love rainy days! I love it coz its refreshing and would make you sleep comfortably and especially during summer season I would love to have rainy days to have a break with the scourging hot rays we get from the sun :)

I love the rain and wait, often in rain, to feel my thoughts and soul clean. I like to listen to "song" rain unleashed, or calm, abstracted, including branches, leaves, more flowers and open window to listen, but also to feel the scent ... I like to walk in the rain, reading, listening music, in her company. Rain is my friends, because after it, all nature is fresh and clear sky is decorated in rainbows. And ..... After rain, the sun always comes out!
