Nothing wrong with that. Girls who are younger have this sense of wanting an older guy for a partner. There is nothing wrong with that since it is just a 10 year difference. The guy is still young at his 20's. It will raise eyebrows if the age difference is 60.

Ok this is twice I've tried to respond and my computer is acting up. The age gap matters less and less the older you get. When you are 10 a 10 yr age gap is huge but when you are 20 it isn't so bad. If they are happy then that is all that matters.

Although there is a big difference in age, love cannot be measured by age. Although an 18 year old may not have the relationship experience as a 28 year old so sometimes it becomes difficult to maintain it as their interests may not coincide. Some 28 year old's behave like 18 year old's so I guess it would depend on the maturity level and willing of the couple to maintain it. If I had an 18 year old daughter in love with a 28 year old, I would not be happy but then it would be her life also. I would guide her to not fall in love so quickly as she is very young.

How old were "The Girls Next Door" who were visiting/sleeping-with Hugh Hefner (creator of PLAYBOY Magazine) when he turned 80. I don't know (and didn't ask, as gentlemen never do), but I'm guessing not more than 30 (or an extremely-young 40).

you know personally its not really our opinion that matters., honestly. all that matters is what she thinks of it, and how she feels about it. but if you honestly want to hear what other people say... well as for me its nt that their age is really far off,. but he is older....and i think its just off... and i always think its always better dating someone ones like one or maybe two years older you... but idk thats just me..

It should be alright to date a guy who is 10 years older than your friend if both are connected pretty well.

There is really nothing wrong about this. Like what they said, age doesn't really matter in love. She should just make sure that her feeling for him is not one sided and that the guy is not committed to other girls.
