does gagabux require upgrade before payout?

hi. i'm a current neobux standard member and i've been trying to rent referrals as much as i can with my daily earnings from clicks. but many say gagabux is a better ptc sitee than neobux, so i joined the site. however, during my clicking time at gagabux, i've come across some people saying it requires an upgrade for you to get payouts. is this true, because if so, then that's quite disappointing (for me, that is). i was hoping to rent referrals here after clicking but got discouraged with the requirement for an upgrade..

Gagabux was great site in old days but now they turned into ponzi scheme and scam.I have already stopped using the site.the post in the forum goes under moderation before it is display in the forum and Admin deletes all negative post.even if you go for upgrade there is no guarantee that you will be paid.so many upgrade members has left unpaid.

gagabux is a scam and i would just suggest you to stay away from these site i was a member there and still me payout is pending as you know they have change the tos
better stay away from them
