We don't have a lot of savings, not because we are not thinking about it or Im an impulsive buyer too. Just that sometimes our income is just sufficient for our everyday needs and that results to low or sometimes no savings at all. But it is really a must to save so that we will have something to pick out especially during emergencies.

Its not what you make, its what you save. It is a creed that I have followed at least since past my teenage years. When I fully understood the concept of money. Back when I was a child, money was something that I got and then I just blew through like it was going out of style. There are times where you have to treat yourself but no need to be absurd about it. I spend a fair amount of the time in my life trying to figure out ways to save every cent that I can manage. There are times where the unfortunate happens and life tends to get derailed in the most painful way. You'll be glad you put back a little here and a little there now and again. A little bit at a time turns into real money over the weeks, months, and years, and when that emergency happens, then it is showtime.

Well, atleast I make sure that I don't spend money unless it is absolutely necessary. In other words, I do not wish to and I do not waste money. That helps in saving money for the rainy day. With the cost of living in the cities rising, it gets pretty hard to save money.

Hi, Even I am a lavish spender....I spend a lot and even spend on unnecessary things. Its just 20 days before I realized all this matter and tried to cut down my spendings but after 2-3 days again I started spending lavishly. Even after my 2 years job I have none(0) in my account. When my salary was x, I spent x as it became 2x my spendings were 2x. Even I regret sometimes when i have nothing in my account and i have to get necessary thing.
