The Key of success are Honest, Hard Working, Study and learn, and environment aspects. The major success key is of course honest. Honest of being what our position is. Not considering any conflict of interest that might happen in a company. If you are working in a Limited company with public stocks, your conflict of interest is by informing people the inside information for a trader or may be for your advantage. In this case, you are an insider trading which is not supposed to be done by a worker in your position. Also, there is a lot of bribing in the world. For example to be a purchaser, as the seller give you some sum of money for you to buy on their company eventhough you know that there are other companies doing better job that this. So, honesty is really the best way to success. Hardwork offcourse key the success too. No body will success if not doing their best and their hardest. Learn a mistake as a plus point for you in understanding such problem. Study is important, and the willing to learn something new. In the modern time, information has flows like air. It flows fastly and keep on coming over the time. This keep coming to a new modern era in the world. In this case, we need to update and open our mind to the new knowedge being share by people, mags, paper, internet, etc. The best example is how computer has grow now. 10 years before now, most company do not mind if their workers can not do computer and type.
