i cant believe onbux anymore. so dissapointed

almost 5 days and i've been message onbux 4 times, and still no reply from onbux. i am really dissapointed. i love onbux but not anymore, onbux has been suspended me with wrong tos when i'm about to cash out my money. i guess, if onbux want to check my history, they will not find any mistake because i am not wrong. but why they did not check my history and did not want to reply my message? the story begun at thursday 17 februari 2011. at o:oo am onbux reset time, i click my 4 upgrade ads. i didnot click 4 standard ads. i used multiple ip adress from my modem, but i never got problem this few months. and at 17 februari i only click upgrade ads. really really not click standard ads. at 17 februari 2011, 22:30 pm i want to cash out my money. i login and there is no problem. i did not click anything. i click payment, they ask pin like usual then they ask if i want my name at the list of proof of payment or not like usual. then when i click yes like usual, something happen.i've been logged out with tos 1.4. tos 1.4 explain that i click the same ads before 24 hours. isnt it ridiculous.hey i didnt click anything. they can see the history that a couple hours ago i click only upgrade ads. and upgrade ads didnt have problem like that.because it is special for golden member.and when they suspend me with tos 1.4, i only login to cash out my money. why they ask for pin and ask me to click yes for cash out? i've got no money. the money that i has cashed out is never come to my paypal. and all i got is suspended with ridiculous tos that i didnt do. i have 30 dolar inside onbux and 500 rent refferal also have direct refferal. and suddenly they suspended me with ridiculous reason, i lost everything i have there and they didnt even reply my message. i want explanation.and if they want to take all my money and my refferal, go ahead then. i just dont want to be blamed because of something that i didnt do. i am so dissapointed. onbux is different now. i;ve been loyal to onbux. but this is what i got. becareful for onbux member.
