when life gives you lemons do you actually have to make lemonade?

lately i've been overly down on my luck when it comes to things concerning my supposed future and i've been feeling like such a disappointment to the people around and mostly myself..when things get you so down that you no longer have the willingness nor the capacity to get back up does it mean that you should push on and try correcting your failed attempts and continue to work on something worth having or should you just let go and go find something that you can actually get?

first thing, never be disappointed to yourself. because when everything turn their backs on you, the only one you'll have is yourself. so don't be. it is so true that most people around us have expectations on us but it is not enough reason that you need to be what they expect of you. the reason that you are not succeeding in anyway is that you are too focused on what is ideal and what other people thinks you should be. you should try to have a quite time to yourself and think back what you really wanted, what makes you happy and interested into. anyway, IT'S YOUR LIFE, not theirs. =)

LOL. If you really got lemons, then of course squeeze the heck out of them, throw some sugar and water in the pitcher and make lemonade. But if you take another look and find you really got cherries, throw out the pitts and make a pie. Sometimes, we have to slow down, take a look at what we have to work with, and figure out what on earth we can do. It is not always easy to see at a glance. It could be chicken soup or peanut butter and jelly. Don't be afraid or ashamed to change course if something is not working. Good luck and God bless.

You need to do what is right for you despite what others may think. There is no shame in taking baby steps and achieving what you can for now and working on harder achievements later. Every little success will make you feel better and motivate you to try for more next time.

If you truly cannot do something, then move onto something else. There is no shame in that. Find something that works for you and attack it with a vengeance. Not everyone can succeed at the same things. This is why there is so much variety in this world. If we all did the same things, it would be a very boring place. You just need to find the things that you are good at. Find someone to talk to that will not judge you. They will help you get over this rough spot. Then get on with life. The world is a great place...For for it.

If you believe that is worth your effort, you should continue to pursue it. Meanwhile, maybe you can try another approach for your future.
