who should i choose?

i have a friend, she asks me cause she is already confused. her parents does not like the guy for her so she ask whether she would choose her lover or her parents? advice pls. thanks.

Well that really depends on her age. If she is a minor, she should obey her parents, but if she is not, then though her parents disagree, she is an adult and is accountable to herself if she makes a bad decision. Of course if the parents are concerned, like they suspect the guy may have some problems that could hurt their daughter, they can talk to her about their fears, but then they should let it go..
