Information from you is too little. So I can't help. I'm not excellent in PC but I know how to solve some simple problems with my PC in order that I can save my time.

Without knowing more about the PC and exactly what is wrong with it, nobody will be able to help you repair it. Just "a problem at the CPU" is not enough information.
