Can height phobia be cured....!

Too many people are effected by height phobia each passing year Is there any permanent cure for this.....! i heard there are many therapies these day's......but, most height phobia therapies take months or years and sometimes even require the patient to be exposed repeatedly to their fear.Even then, sometimes in some cases, it cannot be cored 100%...do you all agree with this...any views on this please......

Yes. It is easy. Systematic desensitization and/or implosive therapy

oH....i didn't these...what is desensitization and also implosive therapy....does this cure height phobia completely or does it help in reducing this height phobia....i heard that height phobia cannot be cured completely....
