I had a depression myself, and it can be really hard to get help if no one notice you are suffering from a depression... It was about 3-4 months before my friends noticed it, but then i got help and medicin! Now i'm just happy that my friends helped me when i really was down!

Yes, That is parto f it not everyone is able to always show they are suffering. That is what made getting me help the hardest thing, as I seemed always so giddy and happy go lucky... Only time my depression showed was through my writing or when I was alone... and that is when people do not see it... I remembering take a deep breath and sighing like good I can take a break from this nasty happy mask... then hearing someone growling inside ans I was Weeeeee happy happy on the outside I refused to show my pain and suffering because of two reasons One it brought those I loved down, Two is attracted people who wanted to make it worse, and ag it on.... I could not bring my loved ones down, and I could not handle anymore harassment, or abuse at that state.. So my suffering was very deeply buried and never shown..

True that there are many people in the world who would do that. And there are alot in Japan as well. But my mottos for that is: - "As long as you live, there is a good chance that something good will happen to you." - "We do not live in the tunnel forever. Every tunnel has its end"

Some people just are not strong enough to deal with the pain in this world. But now they are with god and watching over you and your pain.

Well in the middle school time, I was being so mocked that I would not attach my seat belt or things like that because it didn't matter anymore. I would also hide my face in my hands very often. I was feeling very bad morally, but I wasn't very aware of this. I acted this way one year, and then things got better. It's just now that I think of it, I know there was a problem, probably a little nervous breakdown.

I can fully understand now why people do this as i came very close myself. You feel there is no other way out. But with the help of two very good friends i came through it and am rebuilding my life. Dont feel alone the hardest thing is talking to someone, but its also the most important thing.

when you r deppressed it is very hard to think about anything...i was very depressed not to long ago..thank GOD that my husband was able to tell the signs and got me to the doctor and got me on medications. i didn't even want to be around my wonderful kids. Honey if you can just give a small try to forgive them and try to understand their hurt they had...u might be able to accept what happened. I know it's hard i lost my best friend not even a yr ago. Just try. K GOD BLESS YOU
