It is necessary to get job satisfaction to lead a peaceful life. If not, you lose happiness in your life. Many of my friends don't like their jobs. They have work 12-13 hours per day and come home tired. They eat something and immediately go to sleep. Early morning they get ready to go to office. No physical exercise and no time to spend with their wives. Oh god I am happy that i am not doing such kind of job. What about you

Well, after being out of work for over two years, I'm happy just to have a job and be working full time. The only thing about my job is it's sales. It's $10 hr plus commission. Because of that $10 hr, If I'm not getting sales, I will be out. And my sales have never been great. This month I'm doing good enough to last until April, and I seem to doing better. At this place, when you're making sales, it's fun there, because of the fun environment that management creates. Butt when you're not making sales, it's very stressful. Overall, I love it there. I justtt hop I can say there.

I am to much happy with my works because the working time is very short in my job and I am to much satisfied in my work. The officials in my office are very co-operative and the officer are very friendly and they always try to solve the working problem if we face. It is a fact that some young men and women had to work more than 12 hour per day and they became more tired when they return back to home. They do not get any time to spend with their husband and wife and also for the children. So it is very bad and this may bring many problem in their married life.

I am never satisfied with my job. I always aim for something greater. It's not that I don't like what I'm doing but I don't want to stay with the same thing for a long time. My long term goal of course is to start my own company.

The way I see it, in some cases, it is not about being satisfied with the job, at times it is about being satisfied to the pay that the job gives you. Jobs in the Philippines these days are just so hard to find and so if you get choosy on the jobs available, you might end up having none at all. I think that we should just work our way up. We all have to start at some point. I am still optimistic thou that things will go well for those who gives justice to whatever job they have.
