the women working in the NGO are mostly from the lower / upper middle class all from the needy families, they work for the grass roots women self reliance and recognition but what about thier own - they back at home are treated in the same / sometimes worse than what the grass roots women suffer - there should be some one to address their difficulties / issues to help them come out and work in a more efficient manner than what they are already working - trying to ofrget their difficulties and getting the happiness seeing her sisters come out of their misery......

i think this the process ngo has started n it will take some time..Anganwadi workers in villages are mst targeted for all community development process.. so ngo's are first giving training them n then it will go to grass roots slowly slowly...to change any system from grass roots is very difficult n time consuming preocess.... govt have started many projects for this...

The NGOs should pay them salaries for the work done. They cannot expect these people to work free.
