What's going on with LogiPtc

I've recently registered in LogiPTC and since then I've received few ads. Right now the toolbar shows there's sites available but when I click there's no ads available in the website, what's the problem? Anyone experienced this? And also sometimes i get this "someone beat you to the site" What's that means? Help please...

as long as it pays I'm satisfied... I cashouted $5 about 3 days and got it yesterday, my earnings are $30.09 alltogether, it is really my best earning-site, so I won't give up on them, even if I used to have the same problems with the toolbar! It needs a bit upgradeing or a little "repair" because it refreshes so sloooooooowly! That's the only problem with it!

I gave up on that site a long time ago. It's so hard for me to access it.
