There are many anemia patients in our society. It attacks due to lack of haemoglobin's in our blood. Anemia is one of the disease related with the blood. Some times we can see that we had to give blood to anemia patients from out side. Anemia became more dangerous in case of pregnant patients. Anemia patients have to take proper food as directed by the doctor.

I have been anemic for a number of years now almost 10. I can say it really does affect your life, and quality of life. Some days I am so tired, and wore out I could barely move. I took over the counter supplements, and ate the food rich in iron but it never helped. I am in the middle of getting iron infusions, and have 4 more weeks of them. I believe some causes of anemia are ones diet, but in some cases its causes by other diseases, and it cant replenish itself.

Even if you don't like the food hereto mentioned, you can still achieve success in the treatment and prevention of anemia. Today, nearly all cereals, breads, and even pastas are fortified with iron. When choosing these packaged products, make sure to check the label for nutritional quality. Even though an item may be rich in iron, it may still be deficient in other vitamins and minerals.Read the labels of any potential item thoroughly and compare them against competing products before making a final decision. So always take good care of your health!

Anemia is a decrease in the number of red blood cells or lress than the normal quantity of hemoglobin in the blood. However, it can include decrease in oxygen-binding ability of each hemoglobin molecure due to deformity or lack in numerical development as in some other types of hemoglobin deficiency. Most common, people with anemia report non-specific of a feeling of weakness or fatigue, general malaise and sometimes poor concentration. They may slo report dyspnea on exertion. In severe anemia, the body may compensate for the lack of oxygen-carrying capability of the blood by increasing cardiac output. The person may have symptoms related to palpitations, intermittent claudications and others.Treatment includes medications such as Iron-supplementations and diet that are high in iron such as Clams, Pork Liver, Oysters, Chicken Liver, Mussels,Beef Liver. Good Sources:Beef, Shrimp, Sardines, Turkey.Iron Rich Foods containing Non-Heme Iron: Enriched breakfast cereals, Cooked beans and lentils, Pumpkin seeds, Blackstrap Molasses. Pregnant women should not eat liver because of its very high Vitamin A content. Large amounts of Vitamin A can be harmful to the baby. The absorption of Non-heme iron can be improved when a source of heme iron is consumed in the same meal. In addition, the iron absorption-enhancing foods can also increase the absorption of non-heme iron.
