back ache and blurry eyes

this is what i get from sitting all day facing my computer surfing the net..LOL i have to lie down later for too long and oversleep again..hehe are you also experiencing like this for being so attached surfing the net?

I've experienced this before but not often. I often experience this playing video games or watching movie marathons.
