Which do you prefer, living in a condo versus house living?

I guess for me in my opinion it can me either way for me. I'm actually living in a beautiful apartment in fl. its pricey but its worth it.

Personally from someone who has lived in both as my husband owned a Condo when we first got married that we sold and bought a house, I would easily say a house. Around here where I live, it is actually cheaper to own as well, as with a Condo you have a condo fee that you pay someone besides your mortgage and for a lot of places a condo is a glorified apartment to where a home is your own you can do with and have your say with anyway you want.

idk.. since my parents and me moved alot because of my dads job.. you know we kind of had to live in both.. i think both are great but thats just my opinion on it.. but hmmmm i think living in a house would be better cause it gives a permanent feeling.. idk.., just in my opinion, cause ive moved around lately.. so hope that helps
