Yesturday i heard from my friend that from 1 march we cannot use paypal? I thought this might be wrong because i haven't got any mail from them to my mail as well as paypal mailbox. So i neglected it. But today too i heard it from my another friend about this? How far is this true. I use paypal only to draw moneys which i earn from ptc sites. I am indian citizen. So in future can i use paypal to draw moneys? Why i didn't get any mail about this?

They haven't block us from using paypal but yeah they have change certain rules which are force on them by our RBI anyways we can still use them but the only bad thing is that we have to transfer the money to our bank within 7 days

Today I know about changes in paypal rules from my friend. I read that we should get transfer the paypal account balnce to our bank account with 7 days after getting it in paypal account. how it is possible. I have 8.5 $ in paypal account, but minimum payout is 10$. I am also using Alerpay It may be possible RBI impose this condition on Alertpay tranactions. It is problem for us who are earned on line small amount

Its not that we will be blocked but will have limitation of just 7 days to withdraw whatever amount we have and for all transactions they will charge $1 or INR 50.And if we donot ask for payment in 7days they will automatically transfer money to our account and charge the same..Sad but true.We will face many limitations

Its not like that it means that you can't keep money in paypal from 1 march onwards if you have any money in your paypal you have to transfer it to your abnk within seven days

from what i have come to understand from this conversation and other similar conversations, from the first of march any money deposited into your paypal account will be transferred to your bank account after 7 days with a transfer charge of $1/INR50. you should still be able to receive money into your account from any sites you are using online but from the time said money arrives in your account you will have 7 days to transfer it to your bank. I don't know whether you will still be able to use paypal to purchase items from internet stores but these new rules should not drastically affect your online earnings. Birdie -
