Account is deleted

I have a friend whose account has just been deleted. He cannot login to his account as it says it has been deleted. He has not done something wrong, it is all of a sudden that it has become like this, I wish to know if this is a bug in the server or what can be the reason. He is also unable to contact mylot as when he is inserting his username it say invalid. Anyone can help please! He is very desperate.

Sry to hear the bad news.. 
Humm I don't really know what to say other then for you or to him to contact MyLot and ask them what happen. Usually MyLot will send an email or something stating why his account was deleted. Im sure they didn't deleted for a reason. Maybe he should try to clear his cookies and cache and maybe that might work but if his account has been deleted for a reason of breaking the guidelines not sure if MyLot will active it again. Thats what I would do i hope your friend gets this problem solve take care and good luck.

As far as I know mylot would sent an email first as a warning to state the fact or they would always let the user contact them for further informations. I will tell him to clear his cookies and cache maybe this can be the issue but this is really intriguing as to how without a mail can this happen.

Yeah, you would think they would send a warning. I think MyLot see it as .. Every user should review the guidelines and thats it. For example if one out comments responses or discussions get deleted then they would send us a email saying it got dieted for so and so, it wouldnt matter if you just started an hour ago or you have been here a year ago. They will delete it.. I'M guess because they assume right off the bat most of us know the rules and which most of us do. Usually not the newbies .. O wish you luck .. Really do..

In the TermsofUse, which we agree to when registering, we are told:
"myLot may terminate your membership at any time, without warning."
