Is thebookdepository.com reliable? / myLot

Hi there. Anyone know of thebookdepository.com? It's an online bookshop, in some way. I'm thinking of placing an order, but I'm not sure if they're reliable. Has anyone had experience with them? Thanks a lot.

I've got friends who've ordered from them. Their books arrived on time and in very good condition, so they were happy with the service.

I see, that's good to hear :D. I hear they offer free shipping anywhere in the world. I just hope what I'll order won't get lost in the mail.
