how to post articles in HUB Pages

Hi, mylot friends, I cannot submit any article in hub pages till now due to that I does not know how to post the article,there some unknown things in this site,one by one i am stating 1. choose a title: this can be easily chosable a title for my content 2. Give your hub a unique web address: what is this I could not understand it 3. Choose a top: this also can be selected easily 4. Choose a Starting : this also I could not under stand Which starting lay out I have to select means Photo Photo,tex Text copy Text or or Txt/Photo or existing Comment Comment comment layout 5. Please Add at least two tags: this I can add two or more tags The next button is continue, where is to post the main article, Please ,guide me in this regard
