How you get your direct referrer?

Before one months i don't have any referrer. And we all know without referrer earning is very low in ptc also other sites. But this months i got some referrer from chatting site. Yes in chatting i got some referrer and some are active. So from where you get you direct referrer? Are they active and are you happy with them?

Actually i wanna get some seniority.
I am from india.
Here in my locality the internet users are very few.
I am the first and only one person in my village who is using internet.
So i am trying get this from here only.
I will take some time to accomplish this.

I am a newbie.So far I haven't had any referral.To be frank with you,I am not clear about it as well as tasks ,and so on.
