I have two pairs shoes in my closet that I really want to use but it is larger than my shoe size. I have used foam soles, but it's still large. My shoe size is 7 while the shoes seemed like 8. Please help. I really want to use them.

I think you really have crush on that pair of shoes. If you really want to wear that shoe. You can use double sole plates or sole foams along with thicker soaks. If it is still does not fit and is loose, you can inset some a piece of cloth before your toes and then they will become fit. Please do inform if you are able to use them or not using these tricks.

Hi! thanks for your comment. I'm using two sole foams now. It fits now but the drawback is my toenails ache. I really like those shoes.

Wow. thanks for the advice. Yeah the pain was due to the friction between the frontal - inner part of the shoe and my toe finger. I will try that. thanks!

I am very happy to know that you are now able to wear them. Congratulations! Make sure your nails are well trimmed. If they ache because they are touching in front inner part of shoe or due to friction caused by their rubbing against inner part of shoe, you can insert a piece of foam or cloth there. The gap will be filled and there will be no more friction then.

First off im not sure how you wear shoes that are to big for you and really not understanding why you bought shoes or excepted shoes that are to big for you. Not really understanding this. All though when i have some shoe problems like when they are hurting me i will put mole skin in them so my feet are rubbing onto something smoother and im not sure if this would help you out but possibly it can if you add alot of the mole skin onto the back of the shoe.

Actually, when I bought them, they seemed to fit. Few days later after buying them, when I am about to wear the shoes, I was surprised too see that it is larger than my shoe size. I can't return them back to the store because they have this "no return no exchange" policy.

gel pads work well for me. I've got some that are slightly too large, and use gel back of heel, under the heel and ball of foot pads, and between them they make a comfortable fit. that or thick socks, but not many shoes look okay with thick socks.

You're right. Some socks don't go well with some shoes or even your outfit's look. I've been looking for gel pad but I can't seem to find one.
