my yoga experience.........

When i was in 12th i taught of going to yoga but donno whether my parents agree to that or not and i donno wanna pressurise them at any incident so i din even ask them finally my engineering brought that issue then i taught this time i should go, so finally the day came, i went for classes but u know its only few days i started going to yoga but its really a good experience, i enjoy the yoga classes very much and the asanas taught over there are really superb and easy for me, for which reason my friends cry saying that how easily u r doing all such wen we are not able to stay for few seconds, u r staying in the posture for mins, such comments are encouraging me more, and that's all because i've gained a bit flexibility by my interest on dance....friends do u have a habit of doing yoga? or do u have interest in gaining flexibility?
